Deep tissue massage utilizes Swedish techniques combined with penetrating strokes and methods designed to get into deep tissue layers to eliminate severe adhesions (knots). Neuro-muscular techniques and special stretches may also be used to address problem areas.

A gentle treatment that focuses on the head, face, neck and shoulder areas. This rejuvenating process involves a combination of soothing strokes and a patterened activation of the twelve primary energy points on the head and neck. This specialized technique impacts the entire body, providing the recipient with renewed balance, reduced stress levels and improved tone and texture of the facial muscles and skin. Multiple sessions are recommended for lasting effects. Typically sessions last 90 minutes.

Sports massage is very targeted massage that encorporates Swedish, deep tissue, medical massage techniques and multiple stretching strategies based on the client’s focus or sport, their training/competition status and current physical condition. Although primarily developed to address the needs of athletes, sports massage can also be very effective for anyone, especially people with active lifestyles. Session length and intensity are based on current client needs.

This massage uses it all!!! A combination of Swedish, medical, deep tissue, foot reflexology and energy work techniques. Based on the recipients needs as determined during the intake process and as the massage progresses. This massage addresses problem areas while providing a complete bodywork experience. Session last approximately 80-90 minutes.
